This website and the sale of RWPaddle kits are operated by MEGADV di Tedesco Andrea, a sole proprietorship with registered office in Via F. Nicotera 100, 88046 Lamezia Terme (CZ), Italy — VAT no. 03341280794, tax code TDSNDR88M02I874D, REA CZ 196014 (hereinafter the “Seller”).

02Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) govern the offer and sale of products through this website. By placing an order, the customer declares to have read and accepted these Terms.
The Terms apply to sales to consumers (B2C) pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). Sales to professionals (B2B) and to clubs and associations may be governed by specific quotes.
03Products and prices
The product offered is the RWPaddle kit for race-walking judges (3 paddles + protective case), 3D printed. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible; minor differences in colour or finish typical of 3D printing do not constitute defects.
The price of the kit is €25, VAT included. Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately and added at checkout before the order is confirmed.
The Seller reserves the right to update prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed at the moment the order is submitted.
04Placing an order
The presentation of products on the website is an invitation to make an offer. The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email after payment has been received.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided (recipient, address, contacts). The Seller may not accept orders that are incomplete, suspected to be fraudulent, or impossible to fulfil; in such cases any amount paid will be refunded.
05Payments
Payment is processed securely through PayPal, which also accepts credit and debit cards. The Seller does not collect or store card details: payment data is handled entirely by the payment provider.
The order is processed once payment is successfully completed. The tax document is issued in accordance with applicable law.
06Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping cost depends on the destination country and is calculated and shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. As a guide: Italy €6.90; for the European Union and the rest of the world the rate depends on the destination (some destinations are subject to an estimate).
We prepare the order and hand it over to the courier within 4 working days of payment confirmation, and we work to do it as soon as possible. When the courier picks up the parcel you receive an email with the tracking code.
From courier pickup, estimated delivery times are 1–3 working days for Italy and 5–7 working days for the rest of the world. In total, from payment, delivery usually takes up to 7 working days in Italy and up to 11 working days abroad. These times are indicative; any delays do not entitle the customer to compensation beyond what is provided by law.
If an exceptional problem (for example a production issue or a courier disruption) delays the order, we notify you by email with the reason and the new expected date. Your rights under art. 61 of the Italian Consumer Code always remain unaffected: unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract and, if it does not happen within the agreed time or a further reasonable period, you may terminate the contract and obtain a full refund.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon physical delivery of the goods. Please report any visible transport damage promptly.
07Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, pursuant to the Consumer Code. To exercise it, send an unequivocal statement to info@printshapes.it before the deadline expires. You can also do it online with the Request a return feature (from your account or, without one, with your order code and email): we immediately email you an acknowledgement of receipt.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, intact and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer: if you wish, we can provide a prepaid shipping label for you to print, in which case its cost is deducted from the refund. If you return only part of the order, the original delivery costs are not refunded. The Seller will refund the amount paid (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return.
The Seller may suspend the refund until the returned goods are received or until the consumer proves they have sent them back, whichever happens first. To exercise your withdrawal you can use the standard form available at this link, or send any explicit statement of your decision to info@printshapes.it.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised (e.g. cases or paddles customised with names or symbols), pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code.
08Legal guarantee of conformity
All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for consumers by the Consumer Code. The guarantee covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery. To report a defect write to info@printshapes.it or, within 14 days of delivery, use Request a return.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear, or modifications made by the customer. To make a claim, contact info@printshapes.it describing the issue.
09Returns and refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, normally via PayPal, as soon as possible and within the time limits set by law. Shipping a return is the customer’s responsibility until the goods reach the Seller. For faulty, damaged or wrong products the return is free: the return label is paid by the Seller and nothing is deducted from the refund.
10Liability
The Seller is liable only for direct damage attributable to its own conduct, within the limits permitted by law. The Seller is not liable for interruptions or malfunctions of the website caused by third parties (hosting, payment provider, connectivity) or by events beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer’s mandatory rights under applicable law.
11Intellectual property
The RWPaddle brand, the site contents, texts, images, graphics and 3D designs are the property of the Seller or are used under licence, and may not be reproduced without written authorisation.
12Personal data
Personal data is processed to manage orders, payments, shipping and support, in accordance with the GDPR. For full details on how we process your data and on your rights, please read our Privacy Policy.
13Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile. Mandatory provisions protecting the consumer remain unaffected.
For the out-of-court resolution of any disputes, the consumer may turn to the competent ADR bodies. Information on alternative dispute resolution tools and the relevant bodies is available on the European Commission website at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu and, for Italy, at the European Consumer Centre Italy (ECC-Net Italia).
14Changes to the Terms
The Seller may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of the order; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
