FIG.01 — KIT DA MARCIA
KIT 01 · RACE WALKING
Race walking kit
€35 €25/ kit · VAT incl.
Two yellow paddles for the caution symbols and one red to notify a disqualification — the tools to judge loss of contact and bent knee, call after call.
The paddles for the penalty zone: the modern rule that turns the third red card into a time penalty, so the athlete serves it and stays in the race instead of being disqualified.
Born from a real problem on the course, printed in-house one paddle at a time.
RWPaddle started from a gap nobody was filling: judges had no clean way to carry and protect their paddles between calls. We draw each one and 3D print it ourselves in Italy, as MEGADV / Printshapes — and the case grew straight out of that request from the field: hands free, paddles safe.

For me they're really helpful. I'll be showing them to my colleagues and to the officials of my Federation at the upcoming championships — soon I'll order one or more packs.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the race walking kit and the penalty kit?
The race walking kit judges technique — loss of contact and bent knee, plus the red disqualification paddle. The penalty kit is for the penalty zone: the paddles used to manage the time penalty that keeps an athlete in the race. Same build and the same included case; different job on the course.
What is the penalty zone?
It's the modern rule (formerly the 'pit lane') now used in international events: the third red card becomes a time penalty. The athlete serves it in a marked area and rejoins the race, instead of being disqualified. The penalty kit gives judges clear paddles to run it.
Is the case really included?
Yes — every kit ships with its protective case as standard (3-slot for the marcia and penalty 3, 5-slot for the penalty 5). No other kit on the market includes one.
Can I buy loose paddles or a spare case?
Yes — loose paddles from both families and spare cases are on the loose paddles page. They're meant for refills: there's a minimum order and the per-paddle price is higher than in a kit, because the kit with its case is the better value.
Can I order many kits for my association?
Absolutely — use the quote form and we'll prepare a dedicated price for bulk orders, mixing race walking and penalty kits as you need.
